I believe in the mind-body connection.

I believe in the healing power of therapy.

I believe in speaking your truth.

I'm Yvette

Before training to become a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I had a 15-year professional career in fashion. I understand first-hand how unrealistic, and unhealthy pressures on how we look can distort our body image, impact self-esteem and damage mental health.

Issues like these are far-reaching, and many people struggle alone.

The beauty of therapy is that it is an opportunity to be in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where we can be honest and build a better relationship with ourselves.

My Story

My catalyst to becoming a psychotherapist was my personal journey in therapy. My life experiences have led me to want to help others overcome their issues. Working with me can help build your self-awareness and support you to feel more connected to yourself and those around you.

I believe that relationships shape who we are, and speaking our truth has tremendous power to heal. It takes courage to connect wholeheartedly and trust the therapy process, but it can help us live a more satisfying and fulfilled life.
