I’m Yvette Vuaran, a psychodynamic psychotherapist (UKCP, BPC) and EMDR practitioner specialising in body image and trauma.
After 15 years as an international model, I learned that body image struggles aren’t about appearances - they’re about wounds that live in the nervous system.
